How to use the Suntec office 3D
Click any floor of any tower. The panel opens with the answers first: approximate psf, water-view share, outlook and afternoon sun, followed by the simulated window view, the landmarks in view and MRT distances. You can also type a tower and level above (e.g. 332 = Tower 3, level 32) or switch to the floor chart to compare all five towers at once.
- Until unit floor plans are in, each floor is split into four facade zones (NE, SE, SW, NW) to compare views; ask Lucy for unit numbers, sizes and plans.
- Drag to rotate, scroll or pinch to zoom; the colour buttons shade the towers by psf, water view, outlook or afternoon sun.
- Every position has its own link you can send to partners or colleagues.

How buying an office differs from buying a home
- No ABSD or SSD: foreigners, companies and existing owners pay no additional buyer's stamp duty, and there is no seller's stamp duty on an early sale.
- GST 9%: only if the seller is GST-registered; GST-registered company buyers can usually claim it back.
- Stamp duty: non-residential buyer's stamp duty, top rate 5%.
- No CPF: down payment and instalments are in cash; banks typically lend 60–80%.
- Lease: the fewer years left, the more conservative banks may be on loan tenure and amount, so check before buying.
The 3D model, window views, outlook, water share and sun hours on this page are simulations based on OpenStreetMap and other public map data, for reference only; they are not photographs, and the facade zones are not actual unit boundaries. Approximate prices are estimated from public transactions and are not quotes; asking prices and availability follow the seller's information. Lucy Wu · CEA R062904B · +65 8310 5396
